How do I receive Continuing Education Credits?

Each participant may select sessions and keynotes to total of twelve and a half (12.5) hours to submit for approved credit. A post test will be made available for each session, and time will be allotted at the end of each session for completion of the posttest.Recordings will remain open for one month (March 7th, 2015 – no exceptions) following the close of the conference. Participants will receive specific communication via email as to how they may access these recordings as soon as they are made available. Remaining completed sessions may be submitted to CBMT as self-study hours with verification from OCMT. Certificates of completion will be delivered electronically once the required number of post tests have been collected from the participant.

Approvals: This course has been approved for 15 CMTEs.

In order to receive full CMTE credits available (15 hours), participants must view 12.5 hours of recordings (any combination of sessions and keynotes) and complete and electronically submit all post tests by Midnight GMT, March 7, 2015. OCMT will not offer less than 15 hours of CMTE credits. If participants choose to submit additional hours to CBMT for attendance at OCMT, they must request verification of completion of those extra hours from the Director of Continuing Education prior to submission to CBMT. If participants choose to complete more than the approved number of credit hours, each participant must take primary responsibility for submitting any additional hours to CBMT (including proof of attendance and learning, if audited).

Will the sessions be recorded for later viewing?

The recordings will be available within 24-48 hours after the conference is finished and will remain available for OCMT participants to view until March 7, 2015, midnight GMT, by logging into the OCMT conference archive in AnyMeeting.

Please contact us directly for more info. (Reminder: access to recordings will only be available until Midnight GMT, March 7, 2015. No Exceptions.)
