Call for Presentations is Open May 15th – September 15th
Thank you for your interest in our upcoming conference on February 6, 2027, beginning at midnight Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). If you live in the Americas, the conference will begin February 5, 2027 at 7 pm ET/6 pm CT/5 pm MT/4 pm PT. If you live elsewhere, this time zone calculator will help you determine the conference February 6th start time where where you live.
- Presentation proposals are due by 23:59 UTC on September 15th. Our annual conference has an open theme so proposals on various topics of music therapy practice and research are welcome.
- OCMT Organizing Committee members (minus the Continuing Education Coordinator) and invited blind reviewers will view submissions. Personally identifying information is removed from submissions prior to undergoing blind review. You will receive an email from the Organizing Committee if your submission has been accepted.
- Proposals are only accepted in English and in an electronic format. All concurrent sessions are one hour in length. Please submit only one form per submission.
You will be sent an email confirming that your proposal has been received. This will come from continuing.education@onlineconferenceformusictherapy.com. This is an automated email, so please check the spam folder of the email used in the proposal form. If still no response after two weeks, then please email: continuing.education@onlineconferenceformusictherapy.com.
